Rick started his Real Estate career in the late 70's. In 1980, he graduated with a degree in Real Estate and has continued his education in the successful marketing of Real Estate. He has since earned Certified Auctioneers Institute, Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate and Certified Estate Specialists accreditations. Having sold millions of dollars worth of Real Estate every year, Rick is sought after as a consultant and partner in Real Estate Auctions throughout the region.

Shelly is the Associated Broker. Not only does she work with traditional real estate, she is also the Project Manager for Alliance Real Estate Auctions. Shelly has demonstrated a leadership role in the real estate industry. As Manager of Auction Operations, Shelly overseas all auction related processes including the Information Center, Auction Administration, Project Management and the auction event. She also handles all aspects of the sale from preparing the purchase agreement to the coordination of the closing.
